Small Town Feel Lake Havasu City

I moved to Lake Havasu City 8 months ago from Idaho. Talk about temperature shock!! You know how when you go to a big city like Seattle or Boston, and mooost of the people you pass by don't look at you, or look around in general, but instead look directly at the ground? Lake Havasu City is one of those towns where you are never afraid to just say 'Hi!'

I recently joined a top Real Estate team and our team leader made us go door knocking in the Residential Estates. Talk about OLD SCHOOL right! I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome. I halfway expected doors to be slammed in my face but it was the complete opposite. People were happy to see what we were doing walking around like crazy people in the heat and offered water and when I said I was a new agent, they gave me encouragement. Complete strangers giving me encouragement! WOW! I know that moving to Lake Havasu City was the right choice for me. I am loving being on The A Team at Keller Williams, they are the best group of Realtors in town. What an awesome place to live! Havasu has my heart and I can't wait to see what my future holds! julian.havasuhero.com
